I am Dr. Stephanie Hands, a passionate Healthcare Executive & consultant with almost a decade of experience as a Licensed Nursing Institution Administrator. With a Doctorate in Behavioral Science and specialties in Community Care & Counseling and multiple degrees in Human Services, Education, and Education, I bring a comprehensive approach to improving nursing institution operations and patient care.
Throughout my career, I have successfully led various nursing institutions, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and staff development. My proven track record includes significant reductions in overtime costs, improved staff retention rates, and the implementation of effective quality assurance programs.
